As a Production Quality Engineer, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.
Our team is responsible for the development and operation of a quality organization for the production of energy modules of the latest generation in the new production site in Debrecen, Hungary.
What awaits you?
- Analyzing errors and troubleshooting in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Using common methods and processes of quality work, such as measurement protocols, quality systematics (machine capability survey, process capability survey, etc.), Ishikawa diagrams, etc.
- Creating the process releases after corrections, repairs, malfunctions or shutdowns.
- Developing standards for the results of the problem-solving process to ensure that they are also used in the BMW electromobility production network.
- Coordinating interdisciplinary teams to solve problems and improve quality processes.
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating component investigations to support the problem-solving process with a focus on delivered parts.
What should you bring along?
- Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering or technician with a comparable focus.
- At least three years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology in serial production.
- A high level of analytical skills and knowledge of problem-solving methods.
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and IT applications.
- Experience in supplier support.
- Very strong team and communication skills and flexibility.
- Fluent English and Hungarian in speaking and writing, German language knowledge would be an advantage.
