This is a part-time internship position for our Fall Rotation, from September 8th, 2025 through December 12th, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
As an intern in CR Operations you will support Operations, Mobility and Roadside Services in day-to-day business and procedures, share ideas on strategy, plans, policies and contribute to innovations to streamline processes and procedures and move business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the Operations, Mobility and Roadside Services processes and work to improve efficiency and satisfaction by identify trends in data and behaviors.
- Support CX Training Lead, and Team Managers by reviewing case data to identify anomalies, deficiencies and best practices to create uniformity across teams.
- Work with Customers to resolve escalated Roadside events and recall inquiries.
- Support, document, and streamline various processes and projects regarding Operations, Mobility and Roadside Services.
- Compile power points for reporting to management or other stakeholders.
- Develop and create reports and dashboards for Team Managers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure shared targets are met.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have completed at least 60 college credit hours at time of application
- Field of study: Business Administration, Business Analytics
- Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
- Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week)
- Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
