What you can expect in this role: Be the driver for business growth: Serve as the first point of contact for the customer by welcoming the customer and creating the first empathetic impression of Cadillac and generate interest – onsite and digitally Provide first information about Cadillac ownership by helping the customer understand the product and purchase options Generate and convert leads to test drives that result in configurations and orders Schedule and conduct test drives and collaborate closely with the Cadillac Sales Advisor Master your customer database by contacting prospective buyers, doing comprehensive needs analysis and updating the CRM system Own the point of sale: Run errands, keep touchpoint up to brand standards Be the product ambassadors and EV evangelists that represents Cadillacs values and vision by supporting local events and activate the local networks to generate leads and grow business What you bring to this role: First experience of premium/luxury retail sales or hospitality experience, automotive experience is an advantage B-Driver’s license Passion for EVs and Cadillac Strong skills in communication, empathy, persuasiveness, and stress resistance Hands-on and proactive mentality with the customer and teamwork always in focus Flexibility to work from Monday – Saturday based on a five-day work week Fluent in French and English language skills
