Preparation and presentation of dishes for à la carte menus and events
Independent and creative preparation of a variety of dishes
Careful storage and use of raw materials and products
Implementation and assurance of impeccable quality and quantity of food preparation on time
Participation in internal and external events
Compliance with applicable hygiene regulations
The position will be carried out as a temporary replacement, 5 days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday, in rotating shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Requirements
Successfully completed training as a chef
Previous professional experience (usually < 2 years) as a chef
Independent and precise working style, high sense of responsibility, and absolute quality orientation
Strong teamwork and communication skills
