To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Service Assistant (m/f/d) for our Porsche Center, starting immediately and ending January 31, 2027, as a parental leave replacement (34 hours/week).
Nothing can unsettle you, and you identify with the following tasks:
Representing the Porsche Hamburg branch and personally greeting and supporting our customers and guests
Scheduling appointments and providing information about services and offers in the after-sales area
Carrying out needs-based scheduling of service appointments and customer mobility
Cash management
Appointment preparation and coordination with service advisors and parts department
Order preparation and maintenance of customer and vehicle master data
Dealing with insurance companies
Explaining service invoices and their creation
Preparing vehicle documents for vehicle pickup
Creating visitor evaluations
Requirements
Education: You have completed training as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d) or other comparable training.
Experience and expertise: You have already gained relevant experience in after-sales and are familiar with the systems landscape of a car dealership.
Personality: You have excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, and you always have a smile on your face.
Working method: You work in a structured manner and have a good grasp of things. Customer-oriented thinking and action, as well as the ability to work as a team, characterize your approach.
Enthusiasm: You are passionate about your work and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Language: You have good German and English skills.
