Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher educationHands-on experience in Strategy and Operations Management, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense sectorHigh level of business acumen and consultative expertiseMinimum 7 years of total professional experience in both consultancies and Aerospace & Defense corporationsMinimum 3 years of professional experience in business developmentGoal orientation with focus on comprehensive implementationSecond language fluency in Spanish, French, or German a plusStrong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
