CRM Manager
Tasks:
Data Management and Quality:
Ensuring an up-to-date and data protection-compliant CRM database (C@P) and continuously optimizing data quality.
Compliance with and assurance of internal and external data protection requirements.
Marketing Strategies and Campaigns:
Complaint Management Process
Development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies and target group-specific offers in close collaboration with the marketing team.
Success monitoring through campaign codes and analysis of relevant KPIs for sustainable management of data quality and marketing activities.
Cross-departmental collaboration:
Supporting collaboration between Sales, After Sales, and Marketing, including communication planning via analog and digital channels.
Processing, evaluating, and distributing customer and prospect inquiries to the relevant departments.
Training and Support:
Onboarding and training of CRM users.
Contact person for all employees regarding data quality, especially at system interfaces.
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive trade
Initial experience in CRM, ideally in the automotive industry.
Good MS Office skills; experience with CRM systems such as C@P, CATCH, and CROSS
High flexibility as well as a positive and open attitude.
Commitment and willingness to learn.
Several years of experience in dealing with end customers
Communication skills and a strong customer and service focus
High degree of personal responsibility, initiative, and creativity
Good English skills
