First point of contact for our customers – from a warm welcome to individual support
Coordination of customer reception and referral to the relevant colleagues
Ensuring first-class hospitality for our customers in the waiting area
Maintenance and presentation of merchandise in the Porsche Lifestyle Store
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the reception and waiting areas
Supporting the service team with organizational tasks
Requirements
Your profile:
Completed vocational training – preferably in the hotel/catering industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
Very high service orientation and strong communication skills
Good organizational skills and diligence with a flair for personal attention
Strong teamwork skills, reliability, flexibility, and resilience
High level of commitment (flexible working hours and rotating Saturday shifts)
Very good comprehension skills
Good foreign language skills in English
A Class B driving license is an advantage
