Participation in the development and implementation of compensation topics, e.g., by preparing evaluations, presentation materials, and training videos.

Support in projects, e.g., through research, analyses, and comparisons.
Assistance in workshops, training courses, and events, e.g., by preparing content, planning processes, and organizing framework conditions.

Requirements
Studies in economics, computer science, controlling, psychology, (business) education, or a comparable field of study
Ideally, initial practical experience in human resources
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; in-depth knowledge of Excel (more complex formulas, VBA) is desirable
Independent and structured working style, willingness to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar subject areas
Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
