Tasks
Participation in the tax assessment of diverse and often complex issues with both domestic and foreign implications in connection with the preparation of tax balance sheets and tax returns
Contact for the tax authorities, including tax audits
Determination and reporting of tax positions for planning and financial statements in accordance with IFRS and the German Commercial Code (HGB) of Porsche AG and the Porsche Group, as well as contact for auditors
Determination and analysis of the effective group tax rate and participation in the proactive management of the group tax rate
Representation of the Porsche Group in country-by-country reporting, Pillar 2, and other group projects, as well as shared responsibility for operational implementation within the Porsche Group
Ensuring and further developing tax reporting and compliance management processes
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, or law
Successfully completed tax advisor examination or equivalent (e.g., auditor examination) desirable
Several years of professional experience (usually more than 3 years) in a tax department of an industrial company or an auditing or tax consulting firm
Ideally, industry knowledge of the automotive industry
Sound tax expertise with regard to the reporting/declaration requirements of an internationally operating corporation
Confident use of MS Office and SAP and openness to new IT solutions
Project management skills are an advantage
Structural analytical thinking and understanding of the processes within an industrial company
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
High level of commitment, initiative, independent working style and conflict resolution skills, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
Willingness to contribute one's own skills to the team to achieve the best possible results
Good English skills
