Advising our clients' top management on strategy development and implementation, as well as efficiency programs for shipping companies and ports, e.g., during a turnaround following a demand shock.
Implementation of (digital) transformation, optimization, and sustainability projects along the value chain in the maritime industry.
Development of new digital business areas, e.g., in the shipping sector.
Support for smart infrastructure projects, including in ports.
Responsibility for sub-projects, including the presentation of results.
Implementation of own ideas, e.g., for the design of innovative consulting products.
Requirements
Above-average master's degree in (industrial) engineering, business administration, or a comparable field of study – preferably with a specialization in maritime management, or similar.
Initial experience in a consulting firm and/or the maritime industry.
Motivation through shared goals and solutions with the team and the client.
Enjoyment of strategy development and entrepreneurial thinking.
Very good English and German skills, as well as willingness to travel.
