Leadership & Motivation: Leading and developing the After Sales team
Service quality at Porsche standards: You ensure that every customer concern is resolved with the utmost efficiency, competence, and appreciation
Customer Delight: You act as the interface to our customers, nurture relationships, and create genuine brand experiences
Process Optimization: You analyze processes, identify potential, and implement solutions – for maximum customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Human Resources Management: This includes workforce planning, training coordination, and regular team meetings
Customer Acquisition: You plan and implement measures to acquire and retain customers
Key Performance Indicators at a Glance: You regularly record, analyze, and report on relevant KPIs in After Sales – as the basis for strategic decisions
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with further training (e.g., master mechanic, certified service advisor)
Professional experience in automotive After Sales – ideally in the premium segment
Strong leadership skills Organizational skills and communication skills
Strong customer focus, empathy, and entrepreneurial thinking
Enthusiasm for the Porsche brand
