Manage and develop the Digital Experience function to enable a best-in-class customer experience across Porsche’s digital platforms and channels.
Implement and maintain global digital solutions (Porsche.com incl. Car Configurator and Finder, Dealer Websites, My Porsche, etc.) and drive their effective activation across the regional importer and dealer network, leading to measurable results.
Govern the development of local solutions, complementing the global offer where necessary, and ensure their timely completion according to scope and budget.
Review industry best practices and use customer insights and analytics to identify organization-wide improvement opportunities and present these to management.
Work efficiently with all peers and teams in Business Development, Marketing, CRM and Sales along the value chain to foster a common and output-oriented approach across functions and markets.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business administration, management studies or any other relevant fields
Minimum 3+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury and/or automotive industry
Very well-established project management, communication and data analytical skills, and aptitude for technology and systems
Highly motivated team player with strong sense of ownership and ambition to make a difference
Fluency in written and spoken English is required; additional, regional language skills are advantageous
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region
