- Support the Planning & Control team with deep-dive analytics to empower data-driven decisions
- Help design and enhance tools, metrics, and processes that underpin world-class program management and planning
- Liaise with engineering teams to gather updates and ensure all departments are aligned with project goals and milestones
What We’re Looking For for the incoming Planning Analyst:
- A strong interest in motorsport, engineering, or technology projects
- Proven experience in data analysis
- Some experience or understanding of project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, or similar software) is helpful but not essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills – you enjoy working with others and keeping things on track
- A methodical and detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
- A team player who’s proactive and takes pride in their work
Not only is this a great opportunity to join the Planning & Control Team in the Planning Analyst role, but it is also a fantastic team to work with here at Red Bull Powertrains. A good salary is just the start, there are many other benefits too such as our bonus scheme, private health care cover, life assurance scheme, workplace nursery scheme, company contributed pension scheme, on site gym & fitness classes, free daily food allowance, and a cycle to work scheme; but above all, the job satisfaction doesn’t get any better than the feeling of making a real contribution to our championship winning Grand Prix cars.
