The Prodrive Group now comprises of five distinct but complimentary businesses (Motorsport, Advanced Technology, Composites, Ventures, and Brand&), benefitting from four decades of sporting and commercial success and a reputation for complex programme execution.As our new Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all areas internally and externally, including equipment, services, buildings, ground and plant. You will manage projects from end-to-end and manage the facilities team to ensure all projects are delivered on time and in line with the budget.Key Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules to incorporate all statutory compliance itemsMaintain awareness of legislation to monitor and maintain business compliance at all timesManagement of business helpdesk function to prioritise both planned and reactive worksManagement of in-house maintenance team including Maintenance Technicians and Coordinator supportProcurement and contract management for major services e.g. contract cleaning, catering and securityDevelopment and implementation of plans to ensure business continuity and emergency responseLiaison and reporting with insurance providers as requiredA proactive member of the senior H&S team to monitor and improve business performance via health and safety systemsProject management, supervising & coordinating work of contractors as requiredLiaison with landlord and any sub tenants as applicable in relation to estate servicesProcurement and appropriate monitoring of utility contractsPreparation of annual and project budgets, in addition to measuring & reporting performance against these at regular intervalsSupport administration and operation of company car/pool cars schemes, including procurement of new leases, ongoing maintenance and accurate reporting systems
Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Property / Facilities Manager role and be preferably degree educated. You will have strong communication skills and a flexible attitude towards working hours and changing priorities. Excellent quality standards and attention to detail are essential, and Health and Safety qualifications such as NEBOSH would be preferable.What can we offer you?
