At our location in Munich, you will join a dynamic team managing Digital Marketing Activities for 24 European markets. You will support the Governance & Market Care Team, which focuses on system innovations and data-driven improvements across all digital customer touchpoints in Europe.
What awaits you?
- You will be part of an exciting and fast-moving department alongside international colleagues from all over Europe.
- You support the Governance & Market Care Team in areas like Knowledge Management, Translation Management, Reverse Funnel Planning, and Marketing and Sales Funnel Reporting.
- In Excel, you assist with Reverse Funnel Planning and Reporting.
- You help maintain our internal knowledge base, coordinate with external agencies, and drive knowledge migration forward.
- Additionally, you assist in coordinating translation requests, addressing quality issues, and maintaining translation quality tools.
- You contribute to sub-projects for the Digital Hub, such as workshop conception and creating presentations for circles and committees.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in business, marketing, communication, or related fields (close to completion or completed).
- Fluency in English and German.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, self-organization, and communication skills.
- Affinity for data and Excel.
- Team player with flexibility and a hands-on mentality.
- High affinity for the automotive industry.
