You'll support business management for various financial teams, implement special business analyses and projects, and handle ad-hoc reporting. What you can look forward to as Financial Controller:
Planning and Rolling Forecast
- Coordination of OP (Operational Planning) processes within Domain/Department Controlling;
- OP related to Communication / Coordination / Alignment with involved Domain Stakeholders and Reporting Units (Plan values, targets, explanations etc.);
- Preparation of Walks/Bridges of OP;
- Performing of the Rolling Forecast of the Domain/Department with regards to: cost, income, FTE;
- Execution and ensuring the maintenance of OP and Forecast in respective systems/tools (like SAP BW).
Else
- Preparation of monthly result analysis (cost, income, FTE) and maintenance in resp. tools;
- Support of Domain Function Leads together with the Analytics Team with reports (cost, income, FTE) and analysis;
- Coordination of Reorganization within the Department/Business Unit;
- Act as the commercial Business Partner of the Department.
Your profile as Financial Controller:
- Degree in Economics and solid professional Controlling background;
- Fluent in English (German and other languages would be a plus);
- In general Excellent Communication Skills – being able to explain complex facts to the management;
- Experienced with SAP R/3 or S/4 and SAP BW or SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office.
