Within Toray Advanced Composites we are continuously looking for operators.
What are you going to do?
Operator duties include:
Preparing production according to work instructions and planning;
Assessing output and monitoring quality;
Maintaining administration and registration, including for certification;
Working carefully according to our strict specifications;
Thinking about innovation and contributing ideas during work meetings.
Every product we deliver must be perfect, because the applications are very demanding. Even the smallest mistake, contamination or deviation does not pass the quality control. Our customers know that our materials are 100% top. So you never work under time pressure, but under 'quality pressure'.

A salary between €2,579 and €3,175 gross per month for a 40-hour working week;
19.5% shift allowance if you work in a 3-shift system;
185 hours of leave per year plus an additional 156 ADV hours if you work full-time;
Travel expenses if you live more than 6 km from Nijverdal;
