WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU:
Support the department head in administrative, organizational, and strategic issues and projects
Independent processing of assigned tasks and work packages
Support with personnel, budget, and seating planning
Active participation and involvement in the preparation and implementation of strategically focused workshops and events
Creation and design of decision-making documents on interdisciplinary topics
Support with a wide range of employee support tasks (telephone and written correspondence, preparation and follow-up of business trips, general office work, etc.)
Processing individual assignments from the department head
Creation and tracking of internal workflows (reporting, project lists, vacation planning, etc.)
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a comparable degree program with a completed undergraduate degree; Commercial training is an advantage, but not essential.
High level of commitment and flexibility, as well as the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Very good written and spoken German skills, as well as the ability to express oneself.
Quick comprehension and a keen interest in interdisciplinary aspects within the company.
Professional, brand-appropriate appearance.
NOTES:
Start: September 2025 or later.
Duration: 6 months.
