Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of the procurement committee and pre-control meetings
Active part of the team (workshops, team coordination, special projects, interface with specialist purchasing teams)
Evaluation, analysis, and preparation of purchasing-relevant data to achieve team and department goals
Support of the purchasing sub-project managers in the preparation of management documents
Participation in current projects, in particular coordination with affected areas in development, quality, and logistics, as well as external cooperation partners
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Enrolled in a degree program in industrial engineering, economics, engineering, or a comparable degree program with a completed undergraduate degree
Basic knowledge of business administration, economics, and cost accounting
Very good English skills
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
High level of commitment, strong teamwork, communication, and integration skills, as well as independent thinking and action
NOTES:
Start: September 2025
Duration: 6 months
