WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU:
Assuming day-to-day operational tasks in student management
Independently supporting and coordinating student recruitment processes from onboarding to exit
Processing and publishing job advertisements
Processing and creating certificates
Acting as an interface with departments and independently communicating and coordinating
Independently carrying out HR sub-processes and administrative tasks
Participating in the analysis and implementation of process optimizations
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Law, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable degree program with a completed undergraduate degree
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of commitment and flexibility, as well as enjoyment of teamwork
Reliability, independent and accurate work
NOTES:
Start: From September 2025
Duration: 6 months
