Tasks
Qualified personnel are the fundamental building block for meeting our customers' needs. During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the qualification and development of our sales and service employees in our global retail organizations. Depending on your skills and interests, you will support us either in Sales or After Sales, among other things, in the following projects and activities:
Support in the development and further development of qualification and certification measures for employees in the retail organization, including the creation of training materials and media (web-based training, graphics, films, and animations)
Support in projects related to learning in digital transformation and new media
Assistance in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of national and international training courses and events
Communication and support of international subsidiaries, regional offices, and external service providers
Support in (product) training projects and in the creation of product-related, technical, and interdisciplinary content
Conducting market, competitive, and trend analyses
