Do you have extensive experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors into existing IT landscapes and optimizing end-to-end processes across system boundaries? The following tasks await you:

Solution architecture: You will define and develop solid roadmaps for a system architecture within our SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

Project management: You will be responsible for the technical planning, implementation, and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors projects in conjunction with SAP HCM or other SAP products, and you will coordinate between internal and external stakeholders. Cross-Module Integration: You design and implement solutions that integrate multiple SAP (SuccessFactors) modules and ensure seamless module interaction across system boundaries. End-to-End Processes: You define and analyze target processes in the HR transformation environment, taking best practices and HR trends into account. Data Architecture and Concepts: You develop technical data migration and replication strategies and create test automations to validate data integrity.
