Consulting and support: Support in the transformation of on-premise HCM to hybrid landscapes with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
Implementation and optimization: Introduction and configuration of SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and other key HCM modules.
End-to-end project management: Management of SAP S/4HANA projects – from conception and process definitions to production support.
Requirements analysis and technical solutions: Analyzing customer requirements and developing efficient technical solutions to optimize HR processes.
Designing digital HR strategies: Participating in the development of HR IT strategies and ensuring sustainable system maintenance.
