Tasks
Manage and develop the Marketing Performance function to measure and enhance effectiveness of all marketing activities, along the funnel
Define and support the setup of omni-channel programs and activations designed to convert, retain, and grow existing and new strategic customer groups
Govern the CRM and other related systems, including their roll-out, user training and maintenance to enable a data-driven management of the marketing and sales funnel
Review industry best practices and use customer insights and analytics to identify organization-wide improvement opportunities and present these to management
Work efficiently with all stakeholders along the value chain (e.g. Marketing, CRM and Sales) to ensure a common and output-oriented approach across functions and markets
