Vehicle acceptance, including conducting a dialog check
Informing customers about the work to be performed on the vehicle
Active sales of services, parts, and accessories
Adherence to the Porsche core service process
Preparation of written cost estimates
Performing final inspections
Building sustainable customer relationships
Ensuring a seamless and professional service experience for customers
Supporting and advising customers in the service area
Implementing measures to promote customer retention and new customer acquisition
