Providing process-oriented consulting to our customers on optimizing their service processes using SAP service solutions, as well as their design and implementation

Configuring and customizing the following SAP solution components: S/4HANA Service, S/4HANA Cloud for Service, Field Service Management, and Plant Maintenance

Transferring CRM and ERP functionalities into modern SAP service processes

Conducting training courses and workshops for users and project teams
