Consulting in holistic quality management – ??from digitalization strategies to innovative concepts for planning, ensuring, and managing quality, and the use of new technologies

Responsibility for the integration between quality management and related areas – especially purchasing, production, maintenance, controlling, finance, sales, and logistics

Assuming overall responsibility and further development for a portfolio element in the context of QM

(Partial) project management, including budget and success responsibility as the main contact for the customer and/or technical leadership of internal colleagues, as well as their training and development
