Service Advisor (m/f/d)
Preparing service appointments, including researching the reason for the customer visit, customer requests, and any problem areas.
Ensuring the timely availability of the required parts for the service.
Performing direct check-in and informing the customer about the work to be performed on the vehicle.
Actively selling services, parts, and accessories.
Handing over repaired vehicles and explaining the work performed on the vehicle and the invoice.
Adhering to the Porsche service core process (scheduling appointments, preparing appointments, accepting the vehicle, transferring the repair/service to the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, follow-up of appointments).
Coordination of the service business.
