Support in reviewing, managing, and evaluating ideas Preparation of documents for approval and presentation of relevant analyses and results to decision-making bodies Participation in the continuous development of existing Porsche Idea Management processes, IT systems, and incentive concepts Participation in company-wide communication measures and campaigns Support in the organization and implementation of various events and workshops Assistance in the further development of Porsche Idea Management training concepts
