Commercial Employee (m/f/d)
Central customer contact at the Porsche Center for technical questions regarding Connect and charging infrastructure
Organization/coordination of the installation of charging equipment at the customer's premises prior to vehicle delivery
Conducting customer-focused deliveries and second deliveries at the Porsche Center/on-site at the customer's premises to provide detailed vehicle explanations
Acceptance and inspection of delivered new and factory-owned vehicles
Posting vehicles online on our sales platforms, including taking photos
Product explanations without purchase or time pressure
Conducting a detailed needs analysis to determine general interest and specific preferences
Pre-qualification
Friendly and professional greeting of customers and interested parties at the Porsche Center
Identification of customer needs and referral to the relevant colleagues (Service, Sales, Workshop)
Arranging and supporting the coordination of customer appointments
Organization and processing of administrative processes in Sales and After Sales
Training will take place at the Porsche Center Osnabrück, and deployment will take place at the Porsche location Emsbüren Center begins in February 2026.
