Customer Experience Assistant/Reception (m/f/d)
The position is responsible for ensuring professional customer contact and exclusive customer service at the Porsche location in Bad Homburg. You will be the contact person at the reception for guests, interested parties, and customers. At this interface between the customer and the Porsche Center, you will thus represent the Porsche brand and the Porsche experience to a special degree. You will be actively responsible for representing the Porsche Center, including in the role of host. You will handle customer service, including telephone calls, catering, and vehicle pickup for our customers. You will also take on administrative tasks. Professional experience in automotive/reception in this area is appreciated!
