Your Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor (m/f/d), you will be the interface between the workshop and customers: With a high degree of service orientation and technical understanding, you will be responsible for accepting and preparing orders, as well as for the quality processing of daily service orders.
You will provide our customers with comprehensive advice on their vehicles, transparently explain the necessary repair and maintenance work, and work closely with our workshop team to coordinate appointments. With your professional demeanor and strong communication skills, you will ensure a positive service experience and actively contribute to customer loyalty.
