Our goal is to continue this success in the future and provide optimal service to our customers. To strengthen our team, we are offering a position as a Dispatcher for New and Used Cars (m/f/d)

Ordering customer vehicles in compliance with customer orders, cancellation periods, agreed delivery dates, and any possible drop-off dates. Monitoring and informing salespeople and sales management of delivery dates and vehicle deliveries of used and used vehicles. The same applies to the management, monitoring, and information regarding vehicles within the scope of used and/or used vehicle acceptance. Responsible for creating and maintaining the complete vehicle file and actively contributing to the expansion of the digitalization of the Dispatch department. Responsible for the prompt, complete, and error-free acceptance of used vehicles from various channels [e.g. Purchases, lease returns, factory vehicles). Inspection of delivered vehicles according to orders and submission of damage reports. Responsible for the labeling, central filing, and secure storage of vehicle keys for all existing vehicles. Implementation of permanent, up-to-date inventory management in all relevant systems (DMS, PVMS, ECS, 003, etc.), including vehicle registration, status updates, and sales notifications.
