As part of the production of series vehicles in Zuffenhausen, the construction status variables must be documented for each vehicle built. These construction status variables include a multitude of control-relevant variables in the areas of electrical systems, electronics, and software, such as software variants, control unit information, data sets, and the like. Due to the high degree of customization of Porsche vehicles, there is also a very high variance in the construction status variables to be documented, which leads to increased control effort.
The construction status variables are stored in databases in the Zuffenhausen plant's testing system and made available to sales and after-sales via cloud solutions in the backend.
The goal of the master's thesis is to create a software solution that, based on various data sources (database, cloud data, log data), cyclically checks on sample vehicles whether all construction status data has been documented according to the specifications for the specific vehicle.
