To strengthen our team at our new service location in Berlin-Marienfelde, we are looking for a workshop foreman (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks include:
Diagnosing faults through test drives
Supporting technicians in troubleshooting and identifying work to be performed
Clarifying repair solutions and approvals with Porsche Germany via the ticket system (PRMS)
Scheduling workshop orders in consultation with service advisors
Reviewing workshop orders for factual accuracy and completeness
Final inspections during all workshop visits and ensuring Porsche quality standards
Planning and scheduling technical staff
Professional application and use of all available customer service information on repair and testing methods
Compliance with the relevant specifications and guidelines, in particular the accident prevention regulations (UVV) of the German Social Accident Insurance (BG)
