Your role – Precision meets team spirit: As a Vehicle Dispatcher (m/f/d), you will be the central interface between our Porsche Center and the manufacturer. You will ensure the efficient, structured processing of all vehicle dispatches and, with precision and organization, lay the foundation for our sales success.
Your area of ??responsibility:
Coordination of the timely provision of new and used vehicles
Dispatch and ordering of customer, stock, and demonstration vehicles
Review and management of all relevant vehicle and customer documents
Processing invoices, financing, and leasing documents
Checking complete sales files in accordance with legal and manufacturer-specific requirements
Reporting and monitoring of important key performance indicators
