Gaining insights about the Aftersales department daily operations
Overseeing various activities for the team, including parts pricing, business target calculation, product management and communication
Personal assistance to the Aftersales leadership team, to support them on strategic topics
Support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings
Managing monthly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reporting
Developing Aftersales reporting (Power BI) defining, implementing and maintaining new analytical use cases
Building presentations and ad hoc administration to support the team
Coordinating department meetings, workshops, conferences and events
From time to time, you will be required to step in and cover our HQ reception desk
