As a Service Advisor (m/f/d) at the Porsche Center, you will be responsible for ensuring professional and exclusive customer service and customer acquisition. You will be the contact person for our customers in service. At this interface between customer and Porsche, you will represent the Porsche brand and the Porsche Center Hannover to a special degree. In your role as host of a "unique service experience," you will be largely responsible for representing the company. Thanks to your social and professional skills, you will be able to assist our guests with all Porsche-related questions, from maintenance and repairs to additional services, and fulfill their expectations and requirements in a way that leaves them satisfied and delighted. You are just as committed to their dreams as the team behind you.
Your responsibilities:
Processing daily service orders according to the workshop schedule and any walk-in customers
Providing comprehensive service advice to our customers, including explanations directly on the customer's vehicle according to Porsche standards
Vehicle inspection and handover, as well as invoice explanations
Advice on and sales of Porsche Genuine Accessories and Porsche services
Ensuring customer satisfaction in the premium segment
Ensuring the highest possible workshop capacity utilization
