Independent and proactive organization of reception and operation of telecommunications.
Appointment preparation and coordination with service advisors and parts department.
Cash management.
Order preparation and maintenance of customer and vehicle master data.
Preparation of vehicle documents for vehicle pickup.
Vehicle handover to the end customer after the workshop visit, including invoice submission.
