Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. What you need? The mindset of an athlete. Your mission
Lead Live Experience Events and small team for the Audi F1 project, overseeing off-track events, activations experiences for the Audi F1 projectDevelop creative concepts, plan and execute world-class live experiences, including launch events, networking events, driving experiences, media events, partner activations, signature events and exclusive hospitality events outside the track. Create and implement premium guest engagement experiences and guest journeys, ensuring seamless and high-end activation at every touchpointPlan and manage end-to-end event production, including concept development, venue selection, guest management, on-site execution, content, hospitality & catering, digital integration, logistics and supplier coordination Oversee operational execution, ensuring seamless guest experiences, from registration and arrival to on-site engagement and program, catering and post-event follow-upDefine and uphold brand and service standards, ensuring Audi F1 identityProactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain high guest satisfactionDevelop and implement standard operational processes and proceduresContinuously analyze performance, refine processes and drive operational improvementsManage budgeting, cost control and financial planning Ensure cross-functional collaboration and project management with internal stakeholders and external agenciesManage external agencies and contractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements
Your profile
8+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing or live brand activations (preferably in premium sports, motorsports or entertainment) Proven ability to creatively develop and execute large-scale live experiences, ensuring seamless guest engagement and high-end brand representationStrong leadership, team and project management skills, with experience coordinating internal teams, agencies and external partnersExpertise in guest experience design, fan engagement and guest and VIP activationsSolid understanding of event logistics, production and operationsPro-active problem-solver with ability to adapt to high-pressure, face-paced environmentsStrong service mindset, ensuring outstanding experiencesExperience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple internal and external stakeholdersUnderstanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, along with experience in premium brand environments and engagement dynamicsWillingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidaysExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is an advantageProficient in standard office software
