As a Logistics Process Control Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing inventory control and stock analytics at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, and thus play a crucial role in our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.
What awaits you?
- Inventory management: monitor, manage and improve inventory levels and processes to ensure optimal stock availability and compliance with company standards, as well as minimize discrepancies.
- Data analysis: generate reports and analyze stock data to identify trends, forecast demand and optimize inventory turnover.
- Process improvement: identify opportunities and lead initiatives for process improvements in inventory control and logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production and quality assurance to ensure seamless inventory operations and reporting on performance metrics.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in other related field OR equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience with inventory control, stock analytics or logistics management.
- Knowledge of SAP systems for inventory management and logistics processes.
- Data driven mindset and strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and softwares (e.g.MS Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Affinity to work in a team utilizing assertive communication and interpesonal skills.
- Willingness to work is shifts if needed.
- Hungarian and fluent English knowledge. German would be a plus.
