Work Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts per week: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.

As a Senior Composite Laminator, you will leverage your extensive experience to execute the laying-up and curing process for composite components, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Your expertise will guide the team in developing efficient techniques and processes, while mentoring and training junior laminators to foster skill development.
· Carry out laminating tasks to produce high-quality composite components in accordance with engineering specifications.
· Monitor and optimize the lamination process to ensure effective production while minimizing waste.
· Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to provide feedback on manufacturability and material selections.
· Document and report on production activities, maintaining accurate records of materials and processes used.
· Train and develop junior laminators to enhance skills and maintain team effectiveness.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, contributing to a safe working environment.

What do you need to bring to the team?
· Proven experience as a composite laminator, ideally in a motorsport environment.
· Strong expertise in composite materials and lamination processes.
· Hands-on experience with vacuum bagging and autoclave curing methods.
· Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
· Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
· Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
· Experience with training and mentoring junior team members is preferred.
· Commitment to safety and quality practices in the workplace.
