Intern Customer Relationship Management

Porsche Singapore is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM operations while collaborating across all facets of the business, including Sales, Marketing and Aftersales team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in enhancing customer experience, improving data quality, and supporting key CRM initiatives.
Job Description:
- Support the Sales team by monitoring CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores, managing unattended or outdated leads, reassigning leads, and updating customer profiles as necessary
- Assist the team during vehicle delivery preparation, including issuance of delivery gifts, inventory tracking and updating of backend CRM related tasks
- Support the Sales team by monitoring CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores, managing unattended or outdated leads, reassigning leads, and updating customer profiles as necessary
- Perform database cleansing to meet DQI (Data quality index) targets, validate data created by sales consultants, contact customers for updates and support the activation of reconsent campaigns
- Assist with inbound CRM inquiries and coordinate with the Customer Interaction Centre to assign complaints to the Aftersales team for a timely resolution.
- Contribute in discussions on event planning, providing insights and strategies to optimize the customer journey and overall, the event experience
- Assist with marketing initiatives, monitoring marketing campaign performance and participate in events as needed
- Manage the ordering process for delivery gifts, including raising purchase requests, tracking deliveries, and confirming goods receipt
- Prepare customer segmentations for targeted initiatives, such as Birthday, Chinese New Year red packets, and Christmas EDM activations
- Prepare and enhance management reports on automotive metrics such as showroom traffic, lead funnel analysis, sales conversions, and test drive performance
Requirements
- Undergraduate in Business Administration, Customer Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Past internship experience preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
- Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
