Are you ready to take the lead in international logistics and compliance? We're looking for an experienced Import & Export Specialist to join our team and ensure flawless coordination of our cross-border operations.
🔍 Your mission:
- Create and manage international shipment orders
- Supervise import/export processes from A to Z
- Ensure on-time deliveries while meeting all compliance and documentation requirements
- Be a key liaison between internal teams, customs brokers, and external partners
🛠️ What we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with truck, intermodal & ocean transport
- Proven ability to manage shipping documents & cost analysis
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Advanced Excel skills – you know your way around complex data
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive sector
- Immediate or fast availability is a plus
