What you can look forward as HRBP:
- Coordinate key HR initiatives and projects, including annual processes, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and talent acquisition plans.
- Prepare regular reports (monthly/quarterly) to meet global and internal requirements such as headcount and personnel costs.
- Manage local HR budget, lead transformation projects, and oversee labor relations including dispute resolution and labor contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, standard processes, and local labor laws; enhance collaboration with external partners.
- Plan and execute site-specific training programs, including educational and shopfloor training.
- Act as a liaison between local HR and global HRBPs/CoEs to localize and implement HR processes and business demands.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior HR team members and local leadership; handle problem resolution and escalation cases.
Your profile as HRBP:
- 10+ years of Professional experience in HR and international environment, and at least 5 years of experience in HRBP (prefer to have HR leader exp)
- Excellent consulting expertise and excellent communication skills
- Service orientation, independence, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational talent
- Business orientation, moderation competence, analytical skills, and excellent conceptual capability.
- Fluent communication skills in Japanese and English.
- 10-30% domestic biz trip in Japan.
