The Corporate Training Delivery And LMS Administration Specialist Works In Conjunction With Learning & Development, LMS Business Administrators, HR Business Partners, ICT And Vendors To Provide Quality Solutions By
- Leading the North America Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration
- Establishing processes to improve daily efficiencies and customer support
- Identifying and prioritizing new system functionality/customization requests for evolving business needs, Business Requirements Document (BRD), testing solutions, and global LMS integration/synergies
- Ensuring LMS processes are compliant with Stellantis Global initiatives and regulatory guidelines
- Providing training and leadership support to Corporate LMS business administration teams
- Responsible for corporate LMS learning KPIs and reporting requirements
- Managing, researching, and resolving Corporate LMS trouble tickets as necessary
- Providing training and user guides to catalog administrator community
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- 5 + years' business experience
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems Administration
- Excellent project management skills, self-directed and motivated
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships
- Ability to exhibit resourcefulness, forward thinking strategy and time management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Experience in Cornerstone LMS
- Understanding of HRIS and other data systems
- Ability to create eLearning using Articulate Storyline
- Facilitation experience
- GROW Coaching Certified
