Your tasks:
• Lead the technical design and implementation of light vehicle fleets (Vandy.pro), including vehicle telematics, document management and fleet administration
• Supervise and guide a highly motivated development team to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance platform components
• Implement data analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights for fleet owners and managers
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation requirements
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
• Participate in strategic technical decision-making processes and provide input on technology choices
• Stay current with emerging technologies (such as AI) and industry trends, recommending adoptions when beneficial
• Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement of the platform architecture
• Support sales and customer success teams with technical expertise during sales and implementation processes
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations
Your profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software systems
• Expertise in API development and integration with third-party services
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (TypeScript, JavaScript, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge, IoT Core, CDK)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and serverless technologies
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and documentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in an agile development environment
