We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator for our Programme Management team who would be based at our Biggin Hill office. Do you have what it takes to be part of the world’s greatest sport and entertainment spectacle?
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to project/programme managers within PMO
Coordinate resource planning and utilisation through timely approval of timesheets in the PPM system
Support PM’s with reporting, meeting notes and key documentation as well as action tracking
Adhere to and improve administration and delivery processes and procedures
Focal point for project focused admin
Support Associate Director of Operating Processes with the creation and maintenance of data driven dashboards and reports
Support Associate Director of Operating Processes with ad hoc projects
About You:
Extensive Project Coordination experience
Prince 2 Practitioner
You will need to have drive, determination, and a can-do attitude
Proactive approach
Willingness and desire to learn
Team player
Ability to stay calm under pressure
