Summary of Position
The Client Experience Co-Op role offers a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to learn how an iconic luxury automotive brand curates a world-class client journey. Working alongside the Client Experience Team, the Co-Op will gain insight into the operational, strategic, and emotional aspects of delivering unparalleled service—supporting client relationships from initial engagement through to vehicle delivery. The student will assist in managing digital platforms, analyzing data flows, producing process documentation, and executing special client initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, people-focused student eager to gain experience at the intersection of hospitality, luxury branding, data, and operations.
The Co-op program runs from June 2- August 15 in Torrance, CA and is full-time during that period. Must be currently enrolled in a college program in a relevant field to be considered.
Essential Duties
Support daily client experience operations by managing CRM data, assisting in portal content creation, and maintaining accurate client records.
Assist with the planning and execution of client engagement strategies, including gifting, content curation, and key milestone communications.
Contribute to process documentation, including writing work instructions, updating SOPs, and logging departmental tasks and touchpoints.
Shadow and assist in client journey mapping, learning how data flows through the organization to support a seamless, personalized experience.
Analyze and interpret CRM data (Salesforce) to support reporting, data quality checks, and identification of opportunities for process improvement.
Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaborations, developing an understanding of how Client Experience aligns with departments such as Design, Production, and Marketing.
Support facility tours and client visits by helping to plan logistics, materials, and client-specific preferences for an exceptional in-person experience.
Assist with fleet vehicle management, supporting registration, movement logistics, and coordination across relevant departments.
Liaise with Singer Reimagined to support collaborative brand alignment initiatives and messaging consistency across platforms.
Contribute to a final Co-Op project, which may include a presentation or process proposal that evaluates current client experience workflows and offers innovative, data-backed improvements.
Develop communication and project coordination skills, by participating in client-facing and internal initiatives that reflect Singer's culture of excellence and attention to detail.

Compensation The starting pay for this position is $22/hr. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
